🚚 Free shipping on all orders. We ship from Germany to all EU countries in 3-5 business days.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carrier
We ship via DHL Express and other premium carriers. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@heliva.it.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@heliva.it. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Customs & Duties
For orders within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, local customs fees and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HelvaHair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@heliva.it before your order is shipped.
