Our 90-Day Guarantee

At Heliva Hair, we stand behind our products. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to try the Heliva Brush and decide if it's right for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us and we will arrange a full refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@heliva.it within 90 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
  3. We will send you return instructions within 24-48 business hours
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Conditions

  • The product must be returned within 90 days of delivery
  • The product should be in reasonable condition (normal use is acceptable)
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@heliva.it with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
